? Team Building & Recruitment

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors / Financial Consultants.
- Build, develop, and manage a productive sales team.
- Identify potential candidates and expand the advisor network.

? Sales & Business Development

- Drive life insurance sales through the team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Support advisors in client meetings and policy closures.

? Training & Team Management

- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Guide advisors on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular business reviews.

? Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage policy renewals.
- Help resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

? Business Monitoring & Reporting

- Track sales performance and team productivity.




- Maintain daily activity reports and business updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
