- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for on-roll and off-roll positions.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Drive recruitment through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within TAT.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, joining ratios, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and sourcing pipelines.
- Mandatory RequirementsCore experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate pipeline management.
- Experience in bulk hiring and stakeholder management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
