- Telecalling / Tele Sales
- Lead Generation

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

? Shift: Day Shift

? Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

? Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.

? Explain Frankfinn's courses, training programs and career opportunities.

? Counsel students and parents about careers in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service.

? Generate leads,



maintain follow-ups and update student details in the CRM system.

? Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication and counselling.

? Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead conversion and admission targets.

? Address student queries professionally and maintain positive communication with prospective students.

? REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Good verbal communication in Hindi & English

✅ Experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or counselling

✅ Strong convincing and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to engage with students and explain course benefits

✅ Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills
