- Scan barcodes and prepare customer bills accurately in the billing software
- Collect payments by cash, UPI and card, and give the correct balance
- Apply approved discounts and offers correctly
- Handle exchanges and returns as per shop policy
- Pack products neatly and hand over the bill to customers
- Do the day-end cash and payment closing and report to the manager
