Job Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions.

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and qualified networks.

3. Conduct headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates for specific job openings.

4. Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

5. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

6. Maintain recruitment data and candidate records.

7. Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely communication.

8. Assist with basic HR documentation and employee onboarding.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

* Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, etc.

* Ability to conduct headhunting and proactively source potential candidates.

* Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and email.

* Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
