Quality Analyst - BPO (Voice, Email & Chat)

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for our BPO operations in Bangalore. If you have at least 1.5 year of experience in call/chat auditing, feedback delivery, and CSAT improvement, apply now!

- Salary & Advantages Monthly Take-Home: ₹25,000 – ₹36,000 per month (Up to ₹40K CTC)
- Work Timings: 5.5 Days Working (Saturday Half-day & Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit voice and chat interactions as per monthly quality targets.
- Conduct 1-on-1 feedback sessions with agents to improve performance.
- Perform CSAT/DSAT analysis and ACPT analysis to identify process gaps.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and lead quality calibration sessions.




- Maintain quality reports and track error trends on MS Excel.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 12 Months (1 Year) as a BPO Quality Analyst (Mandatory).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
- Language Proficiency:
- English (Excellent - Mandatory/Must)
- Hindi (Fluent - Mandatory/Must)
- At least 2 Regional Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
- Laptop: Must have a personal laptop.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
