? About the Company:Adegen Pharma is a fast-growing PCD Pharma Franchise company offering WHO-GMP certified products across India. We are looking to expand our team with energetic and target-driven sales professionals who are passionate about business development and pharma marketing.

- ? Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with potential franchise/distributor leads across India
- Explain our product range, monopoly rights, and business terms
- Share product lists, offers, and promotional materials on WhatsApp/email
- Maintain lead database and follow-up regularly using Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with dispatch/accounts team for order closures




- Achieve monthly franchise sign-up targets
- ✅ Requirements:12th pass or Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharma preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
- Experience in telecalling / sales / pharma marketing preferred
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and Excel
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
