Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Resale & Rental
Job Type: Full time
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to handle property resale and rental sales, generate leads, visit properties, and convert prospects into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for property resale and rental.
- Conduct field visits and property showings for clients.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and buyers.
- Follow up with leads and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Sales experience in real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong sales mindset can also apply.
Salary: 18,000 + Incentives
