Position Description: Java, Selenium/Accessibility Testing

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium or WebDriver.
Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Perform Accessibility Testing for web applications to ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Identify and validate accessibility issues related to keyboard navigation, screen readers, focus management, color contrast, labels, and ARIA attributes.
Perform Document Comparison Testing to validate content, formatting, layout, and data differences between documents.
Automate document comparison and validation wherever feasible.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues using tools such as Jira.
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using TestNG/JUnit and Page Object Model.




Perform cross-browser testing and ensure consistent application behavior across supported browsers.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define appropriate test coverage.
Participate in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution validation.
Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, test reports, and execution results.
Contribute to improving automation coverage and overall QA processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Java, core Java.
Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Good experience in UI automation testing.
Hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing.
Positive understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Experience with Document Comparison / Document Validation Testing.
Experience with TestNG/JUnit and automation framework development.
Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM).
Experience with Git and defect management tools such as Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to have skills:
Experience with accessibility tools such as NVDA, JAWS, Axe, or WAVE.
Knowledge of ARIA, HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards.
Experience with PDF/document validation and comparison tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Knowledge of API testing and SQL.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Relevant experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium,



Accessibility Testing, and Document Comparison is preferred.
