Role Description The Branch Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, responsible for driving branch-level sales performance and growth. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing and mentoring the branch sales team,



and ensuring achievement of loan disbursement and revenue targets across multiple product lines. The Branch Sales Head will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and local stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to compliance and risk guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring lead pipelines, reviewing sales metrics, implementing local marketing and outreach initiatives, and resolving escalated customer issues. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management, forecasting branch performance, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance customer experience and market penetration.
Qualifications

• Strong branch and sales management skills, including target setting, performance tracking, and team leadership.
• Experience in retail lending or financial services (e.g., personal, home, vehicle, gold, or business/MSME loans) with a solid understanding of credit and compliance.
