Seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in developing enhancing and supporting enterprise Mainframe applications The candidate should possess solid handson experience in COBOL JCL DB2 CICS VSAM and IBM zOS environments Responsibilities include requirement analysis application development impact assessment defect resolution production support performance tuning and system modernization initiatives Experience in Banking Financial Services Insurance or Healthcare domains is preferred The role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams participation in AgileScrum ceremonies and ownership of endtoend SDLC activities including design coding testing deployment and support Exposure to tools such as Endevor ControlM FileAID Xpeditor Git and CICD practices will be an added advantage Strong analytical troubleshooting stakeholder communication and mentoring skills are essential
