Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Jaipur, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with automotive workshops, dealerships, and detailing studios, and promote Prismax’s product portfolio. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining product features and perks, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales.



The role also involves preparing sales reports, tracking leads and conversions, coordinating with the operations team for order processing and deliveries, and gathering market feedback to support pricing and product strategies. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain a strong knowledge of automotive care products and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, accessories, or related industries, with the ability to understand technical product features.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining product value and handling client objections.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for managing pipelines and documentation.
