About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Associates to help prospective learners choose and enrol in online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.

This is a target-driven inside sales role involving outbound calling, education counselling, regular follow-ups and admission closures.

Freshers are welcome No prior sales experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities




• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners.
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive call talk time daily.
• Connect with prospective learners, understand their educational background, career goals and programme preferences.
• Counsel learners on suitable online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.
• Explain programme details, eligibility, fees and admission processes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle learner queries and objections to drive admission conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling targets, weekly performance goals and monthly admission targets.
• Take ownership of assigned leads from initial conversation to admission closure.
