Role Description This is an in office Housing Finance and General Insurance Trainer role based in Gurugram. The trainer will design and deliver training programs on housing finance products,



general insurance policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes for corporate and field teams. Responsibilities include creating training materials and modules, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, evaluating learner performance, and providing feedback to improve knowledge and skills. The role involves collaborating with business leaders and HR to identify training needs, updating content based on market and regulatory changes, and supporting onboarding and refresher training initiatives. The trainer will also document training outcomes, maintain training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Experience with Case Management and Social Services, with the ability to translate complex policies and procedures into practical training content.
• Knowledge of Social Housing and Affordable Housing frameworks, including financing structur
