About the RoleWe are seeking a result-oriented HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition & RPO to manage end-to-end recruitment services for our clients across various industries. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and recruitment closures.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
• Support client relationship management and RPO business expansion.





Required Qualifications• Graduate or MBA in HR or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or RPO.
• Solid sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates and meet targets.

Key Performance Indicators• Monthly recruitment closures.
• Recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
• Interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Client satisfaction and hiring quality.
