Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and integrating Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid Salesforce development skills and practical experience with telephony and contact center integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect and telephony systems.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
• Configure Omni-Channel, CTI, IVR, call routing, and agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.




• Troubleshoot Service Cloud Voice issues, optimize performance, and resolve integration challenges.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions within project timelines.

Required Skills
• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice development and implementation experience (mandatory).
• Experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce telephony integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI, IVR, and contact center workflows.
• Robust debugging, integration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on a short-term contract.
