About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive – Lead Generation & Sales to join our growing team in Noida.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys lead generation, prospecting, calling, relationship building, follow-ups and sales conversion.
You will be responsible for identifying prospective schools and institutional clients,



qualifying leads, initiating conversations, following up with prospects and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.
The role involves working closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting• Identify and generate new leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, calling and other channels.
• Identify prospective schools, educational institutions and relevant decision-makers.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound calls and initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on their requirements, potential and business prospect.

2. Inside Sales & Pre-Sales• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable Young Edsplorer programs.
