Role Description The Senior Technical Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving escalations across multiple client processes and platforms. The role includes monitoring system performance,



coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to client-specific service level agreements. The Senior Technical Executive will document issues and resolutions, contribute to process improvements, and support knowledge transfer within the team. The individual will also participate in client calls when needed, maintain accurate reporting, and help drive a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities, with experience handling complex escalations and multi-application environments.
• Knowledge of customer service operations and BPO processes, preferably in sectors such as healthcare, banking, financial services, insurance, gaming, or publishing.
• Proficiency in using ticketing tools, CRM systems, and standard office productivity software for documentation and reporting.
