As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable travel experiences, designing customized itineraries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets, expectations, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages, group trips, and experiential travel offerings.
- Prepare customized itineraries, travel proposals, and quotations based on customer needs.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Negotiate effectively, address customer objections, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions, and sales updates using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
