Role Description

Sleek Studio is looking for a Men’s Fashion Designer with a solid focus on Sales and Customer Dealing for a full-time, on-site role in Hoshiarpur.

The primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their preferences, recommend suitable designs, fabrics, colours, and styles, and convert enquiries into successful sales. The candidate should be confident in handling wedding and occasion-wear clients, taking measurements, suggesting personalized designs, and guiding customers throughout the customization process.

The role also involves coordinating with the tailoring,



embroidery, sampling, and production teams to ensure that customer requirements are executed accurately and delivered on time. The candidate will assist in developing design concepts, selecting fabrics, preparing design references, and ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial consultation to the final garment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customers professionally and provide personalized styling and design consultations.
* Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into orders.
* Deal with wedding clients, grooms, families, and customers looking for customized menswear.
* Explain fabric options, pricing, customization possibilities, and garment details to customers.
* Suggest designs for sherwanis, suits, tuxedos, Jodhpuri suits, bandhgalas, kurta pajamas, and other occasion wear.
* Take accurate measurements
