The Role: Growth Marketer (Partner)
This isn't a job. It's a founding partnership. We're looking for someone who wants to build a studio with us from the ground up — starting with the engine that matters most: getting our work in front of the world.
What you'll do:
• Own outbound growth: prospecting, personalized founder DMs, cold outreach, and relentless follow-ups across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and email
• Turn attention into clients — you'll be the reason deals close
• Create lightweight content that compounds: posting our work, before/afters, behind-the-scenes
• Track what's converting and iterate the messaging
• Shape the studio's voice and growth strategy as a true partner, not an executor
Who you are:
• A robust writer — outreach lives or dies on copy
• Internet-native: you know where founders actually hang out online
• Comfortable with rejection — cold outreach is 95% silence, and that doesn't faze you
• Self-directed — there's no one to manage you
• Bonus: basic video/design sense, your own audience, or startup experience

• No salary. Not yet. We're pre-revenue and we'd rather tell you now than waste your time
