Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google,



and other digital platforms to drive measurable growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on creatives and targeting to improve ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, social media, and brand strategy teams to align performance objectives with overall marketing plans and client goals. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay current with platform updates and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
• Robust skills in performance marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across paid social and search platforms (e.g., Meta Ads).
• Competence in data analysis, conversion tracking, and attribution using tools such as Meta Business Manager, and other
