About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Interns – Inside Sales to help prospective learners choose and enrol in online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.
This is a full-time, on-site, target-driven internship involving outbound calling, education counselling, regular follow-ups and admission closures.

You will interact with prospective learners,



understand their educational and career aspirations, recommend suitable programmes and guide them through the admission process.

Freshers and students are welcome No prior sales experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners.
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive call talk time daily.
• Connect with prospective students and working professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand learners' educational background, career goals, work experience and programme preferences.
• Counsel learners on suitable online degree programmes, including MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Com and other programmes.
• Explain programme details, eligibility, fees, curriculum and admission procedures.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
