About Our Client:
We are pre-revenue and launch within the next quarter, with Amazon and quick commerce as core
launch channels. These channels are also where margins are won or lost, through ad spend, fees, fulfilment and discounting. We need one senior owner who has taken brands from zero on these platforms and can give every brand a shared playbook, the right team and open doors at the platforms. This person designs the playbook and the org behind it, and does not run campaigns
day to day.

How the role works:
Mission: build a repeatable marketplace launch programme,



so we go live on Amazon and quick commerce quick and grows profitably.
1. Create and launch. Personally lead launches: platform choice, hero SKUs, pricing, ads,
fulfilment and channel P&L.; Benchmark commercials, ROAS and fees across channel × category.
2. Systematise and go low-touch. Turn what worked into playbooks, benchmark tables, P&L; templates and a team and agency model, so the next batch runs with light support.
3. Advise and decide. Make the high-judgement calls: platform go/no-go, budgets, pricing, fixing off-track brands and group-level platform deals. Success means every batch goes live on schedule, time to first sales and positive contribution margin falls with each batch, and each brand needs less of this person’s time.

Key responsibilities
Marketplace strategy: lead our brand’s 0-to-1 launch, decide where Amazon and quick commerce fit in the channel mix, and act early on platform shifts.
