Role Overview:-
We are looking for a revenue-driven sales professional to lead new business acquisition for ShipDelight's Forward Logistics / B2C 4PL business across India.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who can independently identify prospects, generate leads, engage decision-makers, negotiate commercials and convert opportunities into paying customers.
The primary expectation is simple: generate new business and deliver revenue.
You will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, acquiring new D2C brands and enterprise customers, and achieving assigned revenue and gross-margin targets.





Key Responsibilities:-
• Drive current customer acquisition for ShipDelight's Forward Logistics / B2C 4PL services across India.
• Identify and approach D2C brands, e-commerce businesses and enterprise customers with significant shipping requirements.
• Independently generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry connections and other relevant channels.
• Engage founders, business owners, e-commerce heads and supply-chain decision-makers to understand their logistics requirements.
• Present ShipDelight's 4PL and courier aggregation solutions based on customer needs and business potential.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to meetings, proposals, commercial negotiations and deal closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual new-business revenue and gross-margin targets.
