Title: AWS (Amazon Connect) & Zendesk Developer
Location: Remote from India (Offshore)
Type: 6 months contract with possible extension

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced AWS (Amazon Connect) & Zendesk Developer to support customer service and contact-center projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect IVR & Contact Flows
• Configure call routing, queues, and contact-center solutions
• Build and manage Zendesk workflows, forms, triggers, automations & dashboards
• Configure ticket creation and automatic assignment
• Develop Amazon Connect–Zendesk integrations
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks & AWS services
• Troubleshoot and support development, testing & deployments
