About the RoleWe are looking for a capable and motivated Legal Associate to join our litigation practice. The candidate will be involved in legal research, drafting, case preparation, court appearances, client coordination and day-to-day management of litigation matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct legal research and prepare case laws, legal opinions, briefing notes and case summaries.
• Draft and vet petitions, applications, complaints, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, affidavits, legal notices and other pleadings.
• Assist in preparing matters for hearings, including compilation of documents, paper books, indexes and briefings.
• Appear and assist in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts,



District Courts and various tribunals/authorities, as required.
• Assist in matters relating to criminal law, white-collar crime, economic offences, PMLA, FEMA and regulatory proceedings.
• Assist in civil, commercial and corporate disputes, including arbitration and other dispute-resolution proceedings.
• Track hearings, orders, limitation periods, filing requirements and procedural developments.
• Handle physical and e-filings and coordinate with court/tribunal registries.
• Coordinate with clients, senior counsel, briefing counsel, court staff and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organised case files and provide timely updates on assigned matters.
• Assist seniors in strategy development, conference preparation and hearing preparation.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
