Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage North and East India to onboard and build the aggregator network through Regional Managers (Aggregator network: Mechanics and Towing vendors)

- Setting the right KPI to Regional Managers

- Ensure the 100% orders fulfilment in the assigned zone within SLA and 100% tech adaption

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services, improve process efficiency, and reduce costs.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

Job Requirements :

- 10-17 years of experience in RSA/ Fin-tech/ Food-tech/ Auto-tech/ Urban Transport/ Logistics industry with expertise in Regional and Zonal Manager role with multi state operations

- Robust understanding of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Network Development, Operational Excellence, Performance Management, Service Level Agreement (SLAs), Supply Chain Management.

- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
