- We are looking for an experienced Zoho Solution Architect & L3 Technical Lead to design, develop, integrate and support complex Zoho solutions.

- The role involves solution architecture, hands-on development, enterprise integrations, technical consulting and L3 troubleshooting, with direct client interaction and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable Zoho solutions aligned with business and client requirements.

- Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, solution architecture and implementation planning.

- Develop custom applications, workflows, automations and complex integrations.

- Handle critical production issues, perform root-cause analysis and provide L3 technical support.

- Review technical implementations and guide developers and administrators.





- Support technical POCs, pre-sales activities, proposals and effort estimation.

- Mentor technical teams and establish development best practices.

Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
