We're seeking a Zoho CRM Executive who enjoys improving processes, managing CRM data, building automation, and supporting business teams. If you've worked hands-on with Zoho CRM and want to take ownership of CRM operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM on a daily basis
- Create workflows, automation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Support lead management and sales pipeline activities
- Ensure CRM data is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Handle data imports, updates, and cleanup projects
- Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Support CRM integrations with business tools and platforms
- Identify process improvements and help drive CRM efficiency

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience
- Experience creating workflows and automation
- Solid understanding of CRM data management




- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams
- Exposure to CRM integrations
- Experience with CRM process improvement initiatives
