Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Yoga Trainer to conduct yoga sessions and guide individuals in improving their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, and mental well-being. The candidate should have sound knowledge of yoga practices and the ability to train individuals and groups effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups.
- Teach yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and breathing techniques.
- Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe execution of yoga exercises.
- Plan yoga sessions according to participants’ fitness levels and requirements.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment.
- Follow appropriate safety and hygiene practices during sessions.





Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Yoga from a recognized institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga or Yoga Science will be preferred.
- Certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, or another recognized yoga training organization will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct group and individual training sessions.
- Knowledge of basic anatomy, posture alignment, and exercise safety.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong teaching skills.

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Yoga Trainer, Yoga Instructor, or Yoga Teacher.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
