- Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise technicians and service staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, quality repairs, and vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly service revenue and workshop productivity targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service and Spare Parts departments.
- Monitor pending vehicles, repeat repairs, and workshop efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Honda service guidelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
