Job Summary

We are looking for a Workplace Well-being Programme Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Delhi NCR. The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and skilled guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth. The person will understand the requirement, coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth.
- Understand the requirement,



coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Experience

- 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.

Qualifications

- Candidates from career services, recruitment, HR, learning, client servicing or other people-facing backgrounds are welcome.
