Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment Consultant with solid functional expertise in Workday Recruiting . The candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday Recruiting processes while working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition,



and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Workday Recruiting functionality.
- Work with stakeholders to gather recruitment business requirements.
- Configure recruiting business processes, workflows, notifications, and approvals.
- Support job requisition, candidate management, interview, offer, and hiring processes.
- Configure candidate and recruiter-related functionality within Workday.
- Develop and maintain recruiting-related reports and dashboards.
- Support integrations between Workday Recruiting and external systems.
- Perform testing, issue resolution, and production support.
- Participate in Workday upgrades and new feature implementations.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot Workday Recruiting issues.
- Required Skills
- 5 8 years of experience in Workday.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting.
- Experience with Workday business processes and configuration.
- Knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, and Onboarding.
- Experience with Workday reporting and security.
- Understanding of Workday integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Recruiting certification is preferred.
