Role Summary:

Join Huron as a Workday AMS Technical Consultant, supporting clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday integrations in a production/AMS setting. The role involves technical problem-solving, client interaction, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations in an AMS/Production Support environment .
- Workday Integration and/or Workday Studio certification is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connectors .
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, XML and XSLT .
- Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Higher Education Workday integrations.
- Experience with incident, problem and change management , SLA-driven support,



troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to analyze Workday releases and assess their impact on existing integrations.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ticketing/documentation tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA is preferred.
- Willingness to mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing .
- Familiarity with integration support tools such as Notepad++, Oxygen XML Editor, Beyond Compare , etc., is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel or work extended hours based on business requirements.
