Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Work Order Executive to manage work orders, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely processing and execution of customer requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work Order Preparation: Prepare and process work orders accurately based on customer requirements and approved orders.
- Order Verification: Check product specifications, quantities, sizes, grades, and delivery requirements before processing.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Order Tracking: Monitor pending and ongoing work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Documentation: Maintain proper records of work orders, order modifications, and completion status.
- Inventory Coordination:



Check material availability with the warehouse and communicate shortages to the concerned team.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with internal departments regarding pending orders and delivery schedules.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on completed, pending, and delayed work orders.
- Error Resolution: Identify discrepancies in work orders and coordinate with the concerned departments for corrections.
- Timely Execution: Ensure all work orders are processed within the required timelines.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of inventory and order processing.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
