Wipro is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professionals to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment portals.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Work Mode : Work from office
