Job Title: HR Systems & Business Analyst (Workday Headcount/Supervisory Org Specialist)

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka Office (Hybrid - Reporting to office 3 times a week and 2 days remote)

Shift: AMER shift 6 PM to 3 AM IST

Your Qualifications

- Extensive experience in Workday HCM, focusing on Supervisory Organization Management and Headcount Governance.
- Proven expertise in Workday Recruit, including Position Management and Requisition workflows.
- Solid background in executing complex reorganizations, cross-organizational transfers, and data governance.
- Ability to work a dedicated AMER shift to effectively support critical changes and business escalations.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional written, verbal,



and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience executing weekly and bi-weekly system audits.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience bridging HR Systems Technology, Talent Acquisition Ops, and PBP Strategic Advisory.
- Proven track record of providing high-touch, consultative, white-glove advisory to People Business Partners.
- Deep understanding of the downstream impacts of foundational hierarchy integrity on Finance and Compensation Planning.
- Experience with Org Studio and enterprise integration builder (EIB) automation processes in Workday.
