What you will work on

- Investigate Windows services, event logs, performance, connectivity and access problems.
- Administer IIS, certificates, updates, roles and common business workloads.
- Support Active Directory and access-related work within an agreed customer scope.
- Record changes and communicate operational risk before and after maintenance.

What we look for We are interested in how you approach real work, explain decisions and handle uncertainty. Practical judgement matters more than a list of tools.

- Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
- Comfort with Event Viewer, PowerShell, services, networking and security controls.




- A structured troubleshooting method and attention to change safety.
- Skilled written communication with technical and non-technical customers.

Experience that can help

- Experience with Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 integration or backup platforms.
- Microsoft certification or documented project work.
- Knowledge of IIS performance and Windows incident recovery.
