Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows L2 Support Engineer to manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related enterprise services. The role involves incident, service request and change management, troubleshooting, RCA, patching, DR activities, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise services.
- Handle Incident, Service Request (SR), and Change Management activities.
- Perform patching, event log analysis, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Perform AD replication monitoring, backup/restore, and service reconfiguration.
- Support ADCS (Active Directory Certificate Services) maintenance and troubleshooting.




- Analyze repeat incidents and prepare detailed RCA.
- Prepare MIR (Major Incident Report) and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Support cluster and file server environments.
- Perform availability, capacity, and risk analysis.
- Participate in DR drill planning and execution.
- Identify and implement CSI (Continual Service Improvement) initiatives.
- Maintain and update SOPs, MOPs, and Knowledge Base (KBase) documents.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for technical issues and escalations.
- Follow defined operational, security, and change-management procedures.
