Location : PAN INDIA

Interview Mode : Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)

Experience : 4-15 Years

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PTC Windchill PLM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, access, and performance issues.
- Manage user administration, groups, roles, licenses, and ACLs.
- Support Change Management, Document Management, Parts & BOM Management modules.
- Monitor Windchill servers, Method Servers, queues, vaults, and database health.
- Perform system maintenance activities, backups, patch upgrades, and deployments.
- Handle incident, service request, and problem management activities within SLA targets.
- Analyze root causes and implement preventive solutions.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Create reports and dashboards using Windchill Query Builder and reporting tools.
- Support data migration, data loading, and bulk upload activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
