We are looking for a qualified Windows Administrator with strong experience in Windows Server, RDS Server, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft 365. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Linux, networking, and security.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance monitoring.

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, users, groups, permissions, DNS, and domain-related issues.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including VMs, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Storage, Key Vault, Backup, RBAC, and monitoring.

- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, licenses, and access.

- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Repos, Pipelines, Service Connections, and Variable Groups.

- Good understanding of cloud security, IAM/RBAC, least privilege, and secure remote access.

- Configure and troubleshoot VPN, RDP, DNS, DHCP, firewall, and network connectivity.





- Experience in RDS Server/Application deployment and management, including publishing applications, managing Remote Desktop Services, RD Gateway/RD Web, user access, and troubleshooting RDS connectivity issues.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Azure resource provisioning.

- Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge in security vulnerability assessment, patching, hardening, and remediation.

- Knowledge of security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Qualys, or similar platforms.

- Basic knowledge in backup, restore, monitoring, and disaster recovery activities.

- Basic PowerShell/scripting and automation knowledge is an advantage.

- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, client-communication, and incident-management skills.
