Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce management.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and other factors to optimize staffing levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective scheduling strategies that meet business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time performance, shrinkage, and overtime to ensure compliance with company standards.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in Workforce Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Genesys WFM software or similar systems like Nice IEX or Verint Real Time Analysis.
- Robust understanding of capacity planning principles and ability to develop accurate forecasts.
