Role Focus

Plan and run large-scale WhatsApp campaigns the official way: grow opt-in contact lists, write templates that get approved, automate replies, and turn messages into leads and sales without getting numbers blocked.

What You’ll Do

- Run bulk broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts through the WhatsApp Business API
- Grow opt-in lists through landing pages, website forms, QR codes and Click-to-WhatsApp ads
- Write marketing templates that get approved, with explicit offers, buttons and images
- Segment contacts by interest, location and buying stage, and personalize each campaign
- Build chatbot and auto-reply flows for enquiries, lead capture and follow-ups
- Keep the number’s quality rating high by managing message frequency, opt-outs and blocks
- Track delivery, read, reply and lead numbers, and test messages and timing to improve results
- Pass qualified leads to sales and keep CRM records updated
