Requirements
:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant IT services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the relevant sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Handle basic objections and identify genuine business opportunities.
