Are you an experienced recruitment qualified ready to lead a team and drive strategic hiring across multiple business functions?

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead who can manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, lead recruiter performance, and ensure timely hiring across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5–15 recruiters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Manage volume, lateral, niche, and senior-level hiring.
- Handle hiring across IT, Sales, Training & Learning, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, recruiter productivity, and hiring closures.





What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven team-handling and leadership capabilities.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- A target-driven mindset with a focus on timely closures.
