Kinematics Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Sprink) is looking for a responsible and proactive Food & Catering Operations Team Member / Site Supervisor to join our team.

We provide corporate catering and food service solutions, with a strong focus on food quality, hygiene, service standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain professional buffet counters and dining areas as per company standards
- Manage day-to-day site operations and food service activities
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, presentation and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth meal operations
- Identify and resolve in office operational issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain clear and professional communication with client/admin teams
- Handle client feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Monitor food availability, replenishment and presentation during service
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming, hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with the central kitchen/partner kitchen for timely food dispatch and requirements
- Maintain daily operational records, checklists and reports




- Support the management team in improving service quality and client satisfaction
- Take ownership of the assigned site and ensure smooth operations without constant supervision

What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience in corporate catering / hotel / restaurant / food service operations

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong understanding of food hygiene and service standards

✅ Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple teams

✅ Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

✅ Presentable, disciplined and professional approach

✅ Willingness to work according to operational requirements

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
