Mandira Wirk is looking for a commercially strong Sales Head with established buyer relationships and a proven record of growing fashion businesses. Our ambition is to double turnover within one year, and we’re seeking someone who can turn that ambition into a clear sales plan and measurable results.

Your Role

- Grow our reach: Bring on new MBOs, retailers, buyers, and online platforms across India and international markets.
- Strengthen partnerships: Own existing accounts, grow repeat orders, and ensure smooth coordination from collection presentations to deliveries and payments.
- Launch at the right time: Work with design, production,



and marketing to align collections with seasonal buying calendars and upcoming demand.
- Deliver results: Own sales targets, negotiate profitable terms, and use sales and stock insights to improve performance across channels.

What You Bring

- 5–7 years of sales merchandising experience in a designer fashion house is mandatory.
- An active buyer network and demonstrated success in opening accounts and increasing revenue.
- Hands-on experience with MBOs, online sales partners, and domestic and international markets.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and disciplined follow-through.
