At On Spot Energy, we’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-first HR professional who can take complete ownership of our HR department and team operations.

We’re not looking for someone who just manages attendance, leaves, and payroll. We’re looking for someone who can build systems, connect with people, develop a strong team, and grow with a quick-moving startup.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-End HR: Recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- People & Culture: Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture.
- Team Operations: Manage day-to-day team activities, coordination, and HR processes.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire the right talent for a growing startup.
- Policies & Systems: Establish HR policies, SOPs, and processes from the ground up.
- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with team members, understand their challenges, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Startup Mindset: Take initiative, solve problems independently, and build scalable HR systems.

Who Are We Looking For?




- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or a fast-growing company.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
- A self-driven personality with excellent decision-making abilities.
- Someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
- A practical, approachable, and action-oriented professional who believes in building people, not just managing processes.
