We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounting function and ensure accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Manage financial reporting, MIS and month-end/year-end closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and cash flow.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and processes.
- Manage and mentor the accounts team.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and compliance across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For





- 7–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, MIS and reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Experience managing an accounts team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
